Returns and Refunds

Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and proof of purchase. Items showing wear, alteration, accidental damage, or missing parts may be refused.

How to Request a Return
Email contact@justvesifi.com before sending any item. Include your order number, the item concerned, and the reason for the request. We will provide authorization and the appropriate return destination. Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs when available. If the issue is confirmed, VESIFI will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, refund, or return instructions at no additional return cost.

Return Shipping
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise. Use a trackable service and retain proof of shipment. VESIFI is not responsible for returns lost before reaching the authorized return destination.

Inspection and Refunds
Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Financial institutions may require additional processing time before the credit appears. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Cancellations and Address Changes
Contact contact@justvesifi.com as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate changes before processing begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation or modification after an order enters fulfillment.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, personalized items, final-sale items clearly identified before purchase, and items that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons after opening are non-returnable except where law provides otherwise.

European Consumer Rights
Where applicable, consumers in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain another item is to request an authorized return and place a new order after the return is approved. Availability is not guaranteed.
