This website and online store are operated by VESIFI, operated by MARIE 9D&TECH LLC, Kentucky registration number 1378759.06, with business address 7900 Shelbyville Rd, Louisville, KY 40222, United States. Throughout the site, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to VESIFI and its operator. By visiting the site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated by reference.
1. Online Store Terms
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. You may not use the store for unlawful purposes, violate applicable laws, introduce malicious code, or interfere with site security.
2. General Conditions
We may refuse service, limit quantities, cancel orders, or restrict access when reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, correct errors, comply with law, protect customers, or address unavailable inventory. Content other than payment information may be transferred across networks and adapted to technical requirements. Payment data is handled by authorized processors.
3. Accuracy of Information
We aim to provide accurate, current information, but errors may occur. Product descriptions, images, prices, availability, and other content may be corrected or updated without prior notice. Product images are illustrative and displays may show colors differently.
4. Products and Orders
Products are subject to availability. An order is not accepted until confirmed. We may cancel an order affected by pricing, inventory, technical, security, or legal issues; amounts already collected for a cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. Prices and Billing
Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes, import duties, and other charges imposed by a destination authority may be payable by the customer. You agree to provide complete and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information.
6. Shipping
Processing normally takes 48–72 hours. Transit begins after dispatch. Standard Shipping is estimated at 12–18 business days after processing; Express Shipping is estimated at 10–15 business days after processing. Estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by customs, holidays, carrier networks, weather, address issues, and events outside our control. See the Shipping Policy.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the Return and Refund Policy. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Third-Party Services
The store is hosted by Shopify. Third-party services, links, and payment providers may be subject to their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites outside our control.
9. Intellectual Property
VESIFI names, logos, product imagery, graphics, descriptions, and original site content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without written permission.
10. User Submissions
If you submit feedback or other content, you confirm it is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe another party’s rights. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.
11. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the site to violate law, infringe rights, harass others, submit false information, distribute malware, collect personal data unlawfully, spam, scrape without authorization, or circumvent security controls.
12. Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service and site content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss where such limitation is lawful. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify VESIFI and MARIE 9D&TECH LLC against claims arising from your unlawful use of the service or breach of these Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law without limiting mandatory protections available to consumers in their place of residence.
